We have just finished the closing of the sale of our home in the Lake of the Isles neighborhood in Minneapolis and did not want to let the occasion pass without letting you know how strongly we feel about the wonderful job your colleague, Jim Grandbois did for us.

We met Jim Grandbois when he came to preview our home, which we initially marketed "For Sale By Owner".  We had met with nearly 20 brokers in two weeks while marketing our own home, but we were immediately impressed with Jim’s level of professionalism and passion for the Southwest neighborhood.  When we decided to list with a broker, Jim was an obvious choice.  It quickly became evident that he was also the right choice.

It happened that we marketed our home during the slowest month of the year in a buyer’s market.  Nonetheless, we had high expectations for the outcome; we hoped to sell our home quickly without having to reduce the price.  Jim aligned his goals with ours and was committed to helping us achieve them.  Throughout the process, Jim maintained a positive, but realistic outlook and provided us with knowledgeable advice.  We had confidence that, as our representative, he would always present our home and interests in the most positive and professional manner.   

As importantly, Jim seems to enjoy a high level of respect among his broker colleagues.  Our broker open house was attended by nearly 50 brokers!
